The Moon, It Was Saga: Henry, Oudwi, and Ellis

"The Moon It Was," a sprawling sci-fi epic based on the premise that humans destroyed planet earth, but before doing so large corporations terraformed Mars and created slave-based neo-fascist dictatorship-like countries called "Moeities." The governments of planet Earth banded together & turned the moon into an interplanetary craft, and were able to save the remaining 50 million people by sending the moon to Mars.
